There are tons of ski instructors out there, but true world-class ski coaches are hard to find—and even harder to book.
Demand for my programs is booming, but I’m just one coach who can only ski with one small group at a time. My audience has been loud and clear: they’re not looking for just any available instructor—they want high-end learning experiences with the best of the best. Coaches who are skilled across the board and highly respected by their peers.
I’ve met thousands of coaches over nearly 30 years in the industry, but I'm carefully selective about who I work with. In order to put on an exceptional multi group learning event I spent the last few years searching for pros who are standout skiers and uniquely skilled coaches who have that something special about them... and they know how to have a good time.
Each coach brings a unique background; from Instructor Examiner/Trainers to ex athletes to FIS level race coaches to coaches at the Interski team level. This crew brings decades of lived experience working with thousands of skiers. They’ve developed their own coaching ideas, innovative drills & exercises, and spent their careers mastering the art of coaching—while still maintaining that sense of fun and adventure that makes learning so engaging.

Brenna Kelleher
Part coach, part global change-maker, part force of nature—Brenna is a Montana cowgirl at heart, bringing elite athletic experience and a fearless vision to everything she does. With a career built on pushing boundaries, building community, and proving high performance and purpose go hand in hand, she leads with both grit and heart. A two-time PSIA Interski alum and former NCAA ski racer, Brenna creates clinics that are high-level, high-energy, and feel like family from day one.
Sebastian Baribeau
With decades of experience, Seb is an industry-leading ski coach known for his precision, power, and effortless style on snow. Montreal-born and Whistler-based since 2003, he’s the full pro-coach package—complete with a smooth Québécois accent—and has led elite training programs around the world. A CSIA Interski Team alumnus, he brings flow, clarity, and a fun, high-performance energy to every clinic he runs.
Lucia Glasse-Davies
Lucia Glasse-Davies brings over 20 years of global coaching experience, a sharp technical eye, and a calm, grounded presence that instantly puts skiers at ease. Originally from Scotland and now based in Fernie, she’s chased winters around the world, blending insights from multiple ski systems into a coaching style that’s both highly technical and refreshingly human. A Canadian Interski Team member, Lucia has a gift for turning complex ideas into simple, actionable breakthroughs—helping skiers build confidence, find their flow, and surprise themselves with what they’re capable of on snow.
Harry McFadden
People often ask Harry what his favourite thing about skiing is, and it's genuinely hard to pin down. It's the sport itself, but it's also everything that comes with it: the camaraderie, the network, the equipment, the travel, the food. To Harry, that's all part of the ski life. It's the sensation of a ski carving through snow, the feel of a ski hitting a bump and rolling over it, the bounce in the legs through short turns, the skis diving deep into powder. He loves all of it, can talk skiing for hours, and is one of the biggest nerds in the sport when it comes to the details.
