• Payment of any monies constitutes acceptance of and agreement with all Terms and

Conditions as outlined in this document.

• By participating in a Stoke Lab Skiing camp, private lesson, or other coaching service, the

participant understands that snow sports are dangerous and may result in injuries. Stoke Lab

Skiing and Demelza Clay will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents occurring before,

during, or after a camp or session has taken place. Stoke Lab Skiing is not liable for any

equipment that is lost or damaged during a camp or session, including any replacement costs

or lost time while organising replacement equipment.

• All Stoke Lab Skiing camp participants MUST have suitable travel insurance coverage,

including trip cancellation and interruption coverage. Stoke Lab Skiing strongly recommends

participants purchase this insurance, and this recommendation will be made clearly at each

stage of the booking process. If an injury is sustained while participating in a camp, or within the

non-refundable period prior, no refund will be issued.

• All Stoke Lab Skiing camp participants must sign the liability waiver. The waiver is to be

executed electronically after acceptance to a camp is confirmed. The invoice will be provided

after the waiver has been signed.

• All Stoke Lab Skiing camp spots are subject to availability. A position will not be officially

reserved until full payment is received.

• Only those 18 years of age and older are eligible to participate in Stoke Lab Skiing camps.

• All participants must agree that they are in fit physical condition without pre-existing medical

conditions that could be affected by skiing. Any health issues that may be affected by skiing

must be declared prior to booking.

• Camp fees include coaching only. Lift tickets, accommodation, travel insurance, rental

equipment, transport, food, and any other costs associated with participation are not included.

All other costs are the responsibility of the participant.

• Any part of a camp or session that is missed for any reason will not be refunded.

• Multi-day camps must be paid for in their entirety. Individual days are not available separately.

• Stoke Lab Skiing reserves the right to cancel any camp at any point in time. If a camp is

cancelled, a credit or refund will be provided, excluding credit card fees.• Stoke Lab Skiing may request proof of skiing ability by video prior to accepting payment for a

camp, and reserves the right to decline a participant based on skiing ability.

• If there is a discrepancy between versions of these Terms & Conditions, the version published

on demelzaclay.com overrides any other written, printed, or digital version.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

All Stoke Lab Skiing camps require full payment. Once proof of ability (if requested) has been

received and the participant is accepted, there will be 14 days to make full payment of camp fees. If

payment is not made within 14 days, the position will be made available to others.

Once payment is received, the position will be held and the following cancellation policy applies:

• 60 or more days prior to the camp start date: full refund, less a $200 administration fee (or $500

for overseas camps), plus transaction fees of 3% of the full camp amount.

• 31–59 days prior to the camp start date: 50% refund.

• 30 days or less prior to the camp start date: no refund.

• If Stoke Lab Skiing is able to fill the cancelled spot, the amount otherwise withheld will be

refunded, less the administration fee and transaction fees noted above.
