Brenna Kelleher is a trailblazer in outdoor education, elite athletics, and global leadership. Based in Big Sky, Montana, she has built a career defined by pushing boundaries, empowering others, and transforming industries. Raised between Bozeman and Big Sky, Brenna’s deep-rooted passion for the outdoors is the foundation of her multifaceted journey.

Her athletic career began at age five with skiing, progressing to NCAA competition at Montana State University. In 2001, she won the Junior World Championship in freestyle kayaking, showcasing her versatility and competitive spirit across disciplines.

As an educator, Brenna spent three years as logistical coordinator and teacher with The Traveling School, an all-girls semester-abroad program. Leading transformative four-month journeys through Southern Africa, she taught courses on local economics, cultural dynamics, team-building, and outdoor skills. Her leadership helped shape a generation of young women through immersive, real-world education.

In the snowsports industry, Brenna has been a powerful force for change. From 2016 to 2024, she served on the PSIA-AASI National Alpine Team, contributing to the Learning Connection framework and representing the U.S. at Interski Congresses in Bulgaria and Finland. She also appeared in Warren Miller’s 2019 film Timeless and has been featured on several podcasts discussing mindset, performance coaching, and the art of skiing.

Now, as Founder and CEO of the World Women’s Snowsports Organization (WWSO), Brenna is leading a global movement to elevate women in snowsports. Under her leadership, WWSO hosted its inaugural summit in Kaprun, Austria, bringing together women from around the world to share knowledge, build community, and advance equity in the industry. Through WWSO, Brenna is creating a platform for women to connect, learn, and lead in snowsports.

Brenna also collaborates with CARV, a cutting-edge ski technology company, to modernize how we analyze skiing performance. Using real-time biometric feedback and pressure mapping, she is bridging the gap between data science and athletic movement, enhancing coaching precision, and opening up important conversations around the anatomical and biomechanical differences between men and women.
